Master Wong I have two questions to ask, 1. What's the best defense against a judo take down or a body slam? and 2. How can we practice a fall down if anyone throws you to the floor?. Thanks for your excellent advice Master.

Definitely the situational awareness Master Wong mentioned. If you are being grabbed for a takedown, one of the ways you can be taken down is to have your legs grasped and taken from under you. using your upper body to brace against your opponent, you can spread your legs apart, back and away from him. This will make it much more difficult for you to be lifted and taken to the ground. If you were too late to react, go on the offensive with kicks or punches before they can grapple you. If they are expert enough to grapple you in spite of your efforts, all I can say is there will always be someone better than you and no method of self-defense or technique is foolproof.

Use a tree my friend . Put around it some rope . And you are good . And for free and anywhere. That's how the shaolin do it . And they are the best i think in conditioning

@@WoLFTERNOPS also true.. BUT different ropes an say posts if don't got a tree for specific things. Some ropes will hurt alot more then help if rope is wrong. What sorta ropes do Monks, Thai Fighters an similar arts usually use that you've noticed

Shadow box, all body movements - slow and gentle st first to put bones in place, stretch joints snd body -> then increase to goal of max speed max strength + *NO* personal damage.

One of the things you do not tell you to do, when you practice punching straight, make sure to front two knuckles, much more damage. Do push-ups on your knuckles and make sure you do it on concrete or something so you bruised up your knuckles Up for a few weeks you will be equipped with hard knuckles 😎

If you can block punches wit your elbows, I'm pretty sure it's a certain way to block kicks wit the side of your legs or maybe the side of your knees? i was just making suggestions & different ways of defense. That's basically how Muay Thai an similar arts work. The idea is they kick your shin or front of knee with their foot or shin especially and chop or punch your bent elbow resulting in them hurting themselves hitting one of your hard points countering one of their soft or not quiet as hard strike points
