The look good and a great location. I have rented 4 condos of various age and would never buy one. They look good when there new but don't hold up over time. The PH isn't know for doing routine/preventive maintenance.
Hello, we will travel to Manila soon. Can you advise on 2 bedroom shorter term condos/apartments that undercut those costly Airbnb properties? Trying to save some $$ on accomodations. Thanks.
@@vanhalen45 I'm not sure of any rentals in BGC that does short term. You might check Makati Jazz Residence. I believe they have some short term rentals, but I don't know if they have 2 bedroom units.
Serendra. It was cheap on the early twenty from 3 to 6 million . They got good amenities .I missed the boat 🚢...End up in North BGC more than 6 mil .Covid Time 1 bedroom with balcony 42 Sq
Thanks for the tour. Apartment looks neglected, dirty and old. Price way too high for this. I wouldn't consider it. Loud music is very annoying and totally unnecessary. Please can you refrain from using it.
