Huge, huge thank you to Noah and Erik, I wouldn't have found this truck or been able to keep up without them. This is Mesa's spare rear loader, and I never thought I'd be able to film it. Well, after trading the International to another department, and the new rear loader being down for a while, came my chance! Mesa offers bulk on a call in basis, as well as for a bunch of apartments that are on a regular schedule. Very difficult to track down and film. Usually both operators ride together, but at the time they were not allowed to, so one had to follow in a pickup.
Probably the only Leach of this age left around here, Phoenix recently decommissioned their last Mack :( Filmed in February.
