Darling just one thing, you should use a volt stick all around the metals i.e. the anaconda the copper the regulator to make sure 100 percent you don’t get hurt doing this test. You’re great, but just one last tip. When you screw the nipple back in, put some ldf around it’s brass as you know and sometimes it could be cracked on the end and can cause a small leak.
TBF she did say she would spray all around anaconda and all. Regarding volt sticks i have never seen one used in the real world for what you mention. The meter would only be 'live' if the copper conductor in the live (brown usually) wire was touching the gas pipe somewhere and the property was not rcd protected and it had no electrical bonding. You would then have to be touching another separate pipe going to earth for it to run through you. Two points of contact needed for the big one across the chest. Otherwise you get the usual belt up the elbow and you recoil. We all wear gloves anyway so even that would not feel like much if at all.
@@Михаиллеви that’s not how it works. People Have died because they didn’t use a volt stick, I agree hardly anyone died and hardly anyone does it. Not all gloves will protect you as Well
Great video, would add like she said. Always LDF the area as I have found on a number of occasions, the test has held but found a few leaks on the outlet union with LDF. Keep up the good Katie ! 👍
