The Memorial is/was located in a private cemetery in Seattle. If it hasn't been taken down yet, it soon will be. I believe around a dozen Confederates are buried there. Incidentally, Bruce Lee is buried there as well.

This Confederate memorial was in Seattle Washington, above several Confederate graves. The private cemetery is in the heart of Downtown Seattle. :) The vandals broke in and destroyed it.
