I have some confessions and a bit of a breakdown on camera. This was really hard for me to post, because I didn't want to look like a baby crying on camera, but at the same time, I want to be real with myself and I want to be real with the people following me.

I can't imagine what having Fibro is like, but I know about depression. Yes, you need to get healthy but a lot of this is your depression and anxiety talking. If you go back and watch this in a few days you'll see all the signs that it is an anxiety breakthrough. You'll get this - you'll get there. Drink some water and give yourself a minute - you can do it!

Ami Linda thank you. I'll keep all that in mind. I have the problem of bottling things up and then they just explode. This is one of those things that has been bothering me for a long time
