Parents, the only people in the world who care about us the most. But oftentimes, due to that care and excessive love for us, they become very controlling of almost all the choices that we have to make in our lives. Be it our careers or the person who we’ll marry. And this control becomes very toxic for our well-being.
Though we’ve always been hard-wired to think that whatever they’re doing is for our own welfare, this makes our choices and our struggles irrelevant. We should always question the things that we ought to believe, especially when those things will be shaping our whole lives.
This video is an open letter to all the parents in India. A message that we always wanted to say but are still afraid to bring it up. The plea that every child has for their parents.

माता - पिता, दो ऐसे लोग जो इस पूरी दुनिया में हमें सबसे ज़्यादा प्यार करते है। पर कई बार, वो प्यार, care हमारे लिए बहुत controlling हो जाता है जिसकी वजह से हम अपनी खुद के Life के Decisions ही नही ले पाते। फिर चाहे वो हमारे career के बारे में हो या हमारी शादी के बारे में।
हमे Hard wired किया गया है ये सोचने के लिए की हमारे parents सब कुछ हमारी भलाई के लिए करते है पर इससे हमारी choices और हमारा struggle, irrelevant हो जाता है।
ये Video हमारे Parents के लिए एक open letter है। एक message है जो हम हमेशा से ही उन्हें कहना चाहते थे पर कभी डर के मारे कह नही पाए।
