Configuration of DHCP and Deploying WDS

Is it better practice to give your DHCP server an IP address and then exclude it (like in your video) or is it actually better to give it an IP address outisde of the scope? Example 1 (your video): IP address = .1.30 --- range = .1.30 -> .1.40 Example 2: IP address = .1.15 --- range = .1.30 -> 1.40 (And don't use exclusion) Which one of both is the better practice?

i have several vlans, my dhcp serve on switch, my wds works only on 1 vlan, what i should to do for diffenets vlans?

Hi. I want to know: 1. is mandatory to user 2012R2's DHCP server for Windows deployment? 2. Is it possible to use another DHCP server other than windows 2012 DHCP server for WDS? Thanks

file://tsclient/E i have this error into WDS deploiement when i choose server autonom , but when i specefy the targat he don't give the right one

Just after I reconfigure my network adapter to exact setting like in video I got yellow triangle and unidentified network :/ All setting like yours except my gateway 192.168.1.2 Also shared a folder with images but Vbox didnt see this share in network :|
