Actually met the dude with the first 240 that you showed. Dude is an actual window licker, starter turns but no crank, and the engine doesnt turn over (not by hand either). Tried getting me to take it for $3500.

The fuel door has the vapors from the tank sticking to the paint. Straight gooey ethanol on there. Probably has a sticky vent valve and leaky gas cap

The other thing about cold calling people with cool cars, at least if they're in a parking lot or something, is if they have a cool car they tend to want to talk about their cool car. If nothing else, every time I've done something like that they've always been super excited that somebody has noticed their car. Last time I did that I followed a little orange Geo Metro convertible halfway across town just to talk to the owner about it LOL

Yeah those bosozoku exhausts are lame. They do it because “Japan does it so it’s cool” but those Kaido car guys in Japan are self aware and make those cars as a joke. They are dumb on purpose. These guys doing that in the West are just doing it because “jdm style”. But it looks bad.
