On 23 March 2021 Congressional Medal of Honor recipients SGMs Thomas Payne and Matthew Williams gave a guest lecture to the First and Second Classes of Cadets at the United States Military Academy, West Point. They shared what they believe it means to lead with character and how to face adversity on and off the battlefield through the own personal experiences.
