The power is out at middle street of east downtown again, it’s hasn’t even been a week since power is back on. I just restock the fridge two days ago after everything was spoiled. We need reimbursement from the city or the power company due to the failure of the power company and our governors for allowing the failures even after many people died after the outage in 2021. Our state needs federal regulation just like any other states that doesn’t experience the level of power outage we have.
It’s hot, men have to work extremely safe. Electricity is a privilege. Life is a privilege. These men work a 50 hour work week to survive. Society says the lineman trade is blue collar. Give them lower pay and more hours. Build America faster and cheaper. 👁️ People that live in environments with extreme weather understand delays in comfort.
Centerpoint is taking their time to approve their contract negotiations. Lineman will not work for free also Centerpoint tells them where to go. Do not blame the lineman they are ready to go but Centerpoint is taking their sweet time.

These people vote against their best interests because they don't know any better. It's all they know because it was passed down to them by their parents and communities. Very similar to poverty and addiction.

The irrational decision to not be a part of the union, affects more than just Texans. Wait investigation? What are they investigating? Because you can clearly see centerpointless was negligent in their response to the storm like the ceo was praying the storm turned and went to Mexico. Crazy part is that centerpointless charge me 300$ and threaten to cut my connection when there was no electricity 😂 they need to go to prison for the 3 people who died because of centerpointless negligence
I do not think there was any negligence on any ones part you try putting light in a million household after a hurricane over night you watch too many movies real life doesn’t work that way.
