You seriously need to get a lawyer Jason. You need a cease and desist against her. She’s very ill and needs help. The more lawyers get involved, the better chance she’ll be put in a hospital. Nothing she’s writing makes any sense at all.
They have restraining orders already and she repeatedly violates them. A cease and desist is below that. She won't be properly hospitalized for treatment unless she harms herself or someone else. It worrisome

I don’t understand why she isn’t arrested every time she violates the restraining order. Something isn’t right and I hope no one gets hurt and everyone stays safe. How stressful and frightening.
I'm a mental health nurse and people who are unstable, especially being delusional are very scary. I almost got my finger broken last week when a patient grabbed my finger and violently bent it backwards. I was sure it would snap at the knuckle, but the therapy workers saved me, and this person is heavily medicated. Unstable people are so unpredictable. I have a feeling her main weapon is her internet and keyboard, but still it's unsettling.
To me she sounds psychotic with delusions, and that's very scary because you never know what they will do next. She really needs help because delusional people don't think they're crazy it's everyone else that are. People are more scary then ghost, just because they are so unpredictable and the brain is a powerful thing.
From my experience working in the psych field …here’s what I see: R Tangential speech, schizophrenic delusions and psychosis. This woman is indeed a d anger to herself and others and needs immediate help. If there is family or anyone close to her that might have been following this mess, PLEASE take the necessary steps to have her IEA’d!! she is on a rapid decline and it’s scary….for real!
I fear for whatever young, easily influenced, naive person falls prey to her. Especially if she goes and plays nice/poor misunderstood victim, weasels into their good graces during a semi-stable period, then spirals again, destroying them.
And anyway, it’s inappropriate to bring politics into such a serious matter because you know, as well as I do how easily these comments of that type derail the conversation
At this point I'd contact the R.I. State Attorneys Office and ask that an investigation be started into the local PD. It's quite clear they are not enforcing the restraining/no contact orders against her, otherwise she would've been arrested several times, gone to court and paid fines along with jail time that is mandatory when violating a court order. Seriously Jason, this has to be escalated before someone gets hurt.
I was an aide at a state mental hospital and I can say this is NOT demons. I worked with at least 15 patients that would speak and act like this every single day. They’d go from having a “normal” life and all of a sudden they would have a psychotic break and it would at times get scary. This woman needs help. Like you (Jason) have said, somebody is going to get hurt. Please keep yourself, family and loved ones safe from this person. It’s disgusting that everything you have “isn’t enough?” Wait until someone is hurt? That just shows actual victims (such as myself in the past) that they have to fight for themselves because those there to protect them don’t want to get involved. Me too, similar background and someone with access to the internet can read every conspiracy theory and I believe that they applied to her. She really needs help
They said why they are posting this. Sadly they have and are doing ALL the right things and taken the right steps, yet still receiving these messages that are unhinged and threatening. And because no one will do anything until something happens. They are backed against the wall and feel the need to publicly document said threats to cover themselves and hopefully show people that it is not safe to engage with that business with the chance that this person who clearly needs help was to show up in a poor mental state and someone gets hurt. This is not engagement for drama sake. It's self preservation.
She clearly needs to be locked up in an asylum. She's absolutely insane! Why has no one intervened with a 2 week psych hold? 24 hours is not enough. There are no contact orders against her, and the courts need to take the next step. They shouldn't have to wait until someone gets hurt.
That kind of behavior makes me so afraid for the Conjuring Houses safety, if she destroys it somehow, then all that History will be gone forever... (just like the Barn)😢

She’s unhinged. The only productive way to take the fight to her is to get help for her. Or try. Those emails remind me of the kind of behaviors that would initiate mental health evaluation for temporary conservatorship. This individual is seriously unwell. Does she have family, and if so, why are they not intervening to get her the help she so obviously needs? Jason and Satori, so sorry you are going through this. Oh my goodness! She is obviously a danger to her self and others. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get anything done for people who have mental health issues but can function to a degree. I am sorry you are involved with this.
Unfortunately I have experienced a similar thing with a stalker and the police said they couldn't do anything unless he hurt me nobody should have to wait until they get hurt to get some help

In my long career I have dealt with a couple of hundred people like Nunez. It's laudable that you want her to get treatment and get better. But in my opinion that time is past. This is where law enforcement, the district or county attornies (maybe the State's AG) and the courts enter and get serious. They may need pushing but this situation is accelerating to the point where physical harm to others is becoming the likely outcome. I would be in contact with the district attornies. I'm truly sorry you, your family, and those around you are going through this.
I am familiar with cyber law in MA. Ms Nunes has broken the laws and escalated this to a Federal level and this should be elevated to the FBI. This is beyond local police jurisdiction. Lives are being threatened via the internet and that is beyond scary. The laws are the laws. There is an FBI office in RI. Take it up a notch. Sometimes we have to do hard things to make it right. It's beyond time.

The problem is she's just cyber bullying, and is therefore not a "threat". Trust me, I've been down a similar road. NOT ONE SINGLE LAW AGENCY will do anything until someone gets physically hurt over this, no matter what that broken individual is spouting. So unless that one shows up to attack a guest, nothing will happen, the law doesn't care; the police are there to INVESTIGATE a crime AFTER it's happened, not protect you from one before it happens. The best option they have is getting lawyers involved over the restraining orders it has blatantly chosen to ignore, that's it.
What a horrible situation , as a father I’d be nervous for my daughters and Cody’s safety also . Crazy isn’t the word to describe Jaqueline . No joke , she’s quickly becoming more and more unraveled . Mental illness is definitely not funny or joked about . She needs hospitalization , and help from professionals .

Dealt with a troubled upstairs neighbor years ago. She ended up being committed only after she admitted to a failed attempt at self harm. She was convinced I had her soul in a little brown bottle. 😮 It’s tough going. I wish you and yours well.
She needs a guardian 24/7. What good is a no contact or restraining order if there are no consequences?? This blows my mind. If someone threatened my kid, I’d not stop until the police took action. Which I’m sure you are doing. So sorry you guys are all caught up in this.
@@74nicckki from what I've seen is 72-hour hold 30-day in house won't do any good. If a 14 year old can pull the wool over the eyes of the therapist then she won't have any problem doing the same. They know what to have come out of their mouths and how to act. Many threats were made by this kid and physical harm to various members of the family. I have no respect for most of these institutions. The cops do not want to get involved. It is all over. That is why terrible things are happening to the mentally ill by the hands of the police. My husband worked very hard as a 911 /EMS communications worker for the sheriff's department to handle certain situations over the phone. He had a calming influence and when deputies were sent they usually walked into a calmer situation. My niece is a doctor in that field. She gets very frustrated having to deal with the red tape and sing

You would think the governor would be interested in a well-known property having this situation around it. Send everything to the they might be able to light a fire or at least get it into the hands of the attorney general for the state. You want anything done go as high as you can.

The situation is such a mess and so is her mind. We had a group that were going at the end of September, but canceled back during the summer as this started to spiral out of control. We still have not received any of our money back and might have to take legal action at this point. I really hope it doesn't escalate any further than it already has.
Have you tried contacting your credit card company for a charge back. Because at this point it's definitely fraud & they should give you your money back & go after her instead. Debit cards do it to.

I know it sucks when I was in emergency services we'd pick them up take them in for evaluation unless they hurt themselves then they went to the ER sometimes they were kept for observation and others were released to do something again. Sometimes I feel it should go back to the days when you could have someone committed without all the hassle there is now
One of the reasons I left The USA ..I live in Ireland where threats are dealt with before something happens...an ounce of prevention worth a pound of care. It's tragic that you actually have to wait until something unthinkable happens before action is taken! The only thing you can keep doing is request a "wellness check" receiving the threats and then maybe they can keep committing her. Take care guys be well.

The problem is, it is very difficult to get help for this type of issue. You can try and get them evaluated by if on that day they are being lucid there is nothing you can do.
OH….MY….GOSH this woman is seriously deranged! My neighbor harassed me physically, mentally and emotionally for 3 years. I filed report after report and he was only arrested after coming after me with a box cutter in the yard in the presence of a witness. I don’t understand why it takes an act of congress OR actual physical threats and/or attacks to get someone put away!

Guys you most certainly can do something. Skip the police. File a restraining order that includes online activity, then file private charges for the threats. It IS a crime. You do NOT have to wait for someone to get hurt, otherwise threats would not be criminal.
What's the point of having orders against people if the cops do nothing? If she is breaking those, that should mean SOMETHING before it comes to potentially something physical. Justice system makes NO sense if they aren't even going to do anything to protect/prevent.
I am really saddened by all this and I sincerely hope the correct authorities see this and step in. I feel this is a seriously ill woman whom is a definite danger to herself and others. You are 100% right Jason Hawes.
I know there are serious issues with her, but I would hate to see this be an end of the Conjuring House. Hopefully now that she is (unfortunately) getting governments and banks and such involved in her threats, the business license will be taken and she will be forced to sell. Stay safe everyone!

Violating a no contact order in RI means person can be charged with a misdemeanor, facing up to one year in jail and a fine up to one thousand dollars, and person may be required to complete some sort of intervention program.
I work at a psychiatric hospital and the stuff she is saying is what our patients say. We’ve had some claiming to be the president, FBI, CIA ECT. She needs help.
Jason, y’all really need to get a restraining order. When you submit this evidence, it’s opens the door for her to get help. She’s seriously unwell. She’s erratic, delusional, and dangerous. You have to protect yourselves. It’s gone on long enough. When she does something violent, and hurts and it kills someone, you don’t want that guilt to haunt you that you should’ve done something. They’re not doing themselves any favors by not doing anything to protect themselves..and keep posting updated podcasts without taking stronger steps at the same time.
