For some reason i think this singer is like justin bieber...perhaps is because both singer trow gross thing from their bodies (great mighty poo trow shit and bieber trow puke on his concert)
Bieber's most famous song has the word baby said like over 150 times. That's not a song. It's a lack of talent and vocabulary. Toby Keith's "Red Solo Cup" is a horrible song, but it's still better. That is not a high bar, but Bieber managed to limbo under it.
conker back in BC on XBOX i want support Rare and must buy that game :D This will be the best evidence for MS that players want to return Conker and possibly Banjo-Kazooie
Although I prefer the vocals in the N64 version, the real instruments in this version are a huge improvement. But what I love most about this version is picturing fancy orchestra players all dressed up in formal suits while playing THIS of all songs.
I agree on the vocals, but yeah the instrumental is just amazing. But I do like the echo to it to give the room more detail and realize how big this room is.
There are two lazy things they did in this remake. 1: The eye textures on most characters don’t move, especially on the Great Might Poo. 2: The Mighty Poo’s mouth is not in sync with his dialogue when he’s being flushed.
Okay as a big fan of Conker, I do like this version with honesty. I think it’s the echo that makes this song more effective in which I like this version. But don’t get me wrong, the person who sang this song in the original was great!
GhostiSoda It’s actually the same singer as the original, he even still works at Rare. He just sounds different because of the echo and that for some reason the voice was slowed down a bit in Live & Reloaded
The most horrifying thing of all is that: the Great Mighty Poo had to come from somewhere. Did some immense eldritch creature crap him out? Is he poop of thousands of creatures accumulated over ages that gained sentience? Was he another being that was transformed into a poo somehow?
Every now and then, this song gets stuck in my head, and I play it very loud on my computer in my room with the door open so my parents can give me a funny look. *sigh* I need to get this game back and an xbox. Believe it or not, this = part of my childhood. XD
In the comments of the song from the original someone said that they heard the similarity too and compared the two with each other. It's nearly the same text except that a few words were changed! It could be a Easter egg...
My only issue with all versions of this song other than the original is I feel he is really offering caviar. There was a certain level of menace in the original delivery of that line that's lacking in this.
When I first got this game on the N64, I didn't know what scat or twat meant (and I was 23 then). I thought twat was just another word for twerp or pipsqueak.. And even though I know what it means now, it still doesn't sound bad to me.
Chris Marlow sang both version of Chucky Poo's Lament (yes, that's what this song is officially called) but in the XBOX version different filters were used on his voice. I like the N64 voice better but the XBOX instrumentals better.
When you hear the intro and turn around to face the great and mighty poo in all of its stinky clamour. Great Scott the stench alone would give his intent away. Its not just the stench of poo, but the stink of evil. The son of the brown eye of sauron, the run off of a opera singer in a barrel of radioactive waste. My god.... The corn for teeth is harrowing.
0:30 The one person in the school bathroom after causing a huge explosion of poo on the seat for the 18809178079109871097810790819087108791789178th time
To give a real answer. On the official Rare site when this game came out, they had a download for an uncensored version, which is what you're hearing here. In the N64 version there was cheat you could do to uncensor the game, because the bleeps were the game's engine playing them over the sound files. But with the Xbox version, the bleeps were part of the sound file, so there was no such option, sadly. This was before M-rated games got pretty common with cursing/nudity.
Seriously though, Live and Reloaded did a lot of stupid stuff but I will admit their amazing improvement over the original soundtrack. The Mighty Poo song was already amazing but now it's super amazing! It has cool echo effects and his ah AH AHH's sound a lot better. Why did they have to butcher it though with the censoring? I'm glad Rare released this version!
@MrHossCartwright when it's uncensored, it's like when they are about to show something inappropriate, they block it with a black block known to be censored, you'll also see those on a screen size black picture labeled censored on it, so uncensored is the opposite so they would show more of the words, that's means how it originally was.
i remember when i beat the game i unlocked the uncensored version and it was the best thing ever ^^ i prefer the live and reloaded more than the n64 lol played with friends on the xbox
To people who ask how to uncensor the Xbox version you can't the censorship is fixed only the n64 version could have censorship turned off. This uncensored music track used to be available from the rare website but because it was uncensored it was removed.
@Warlordalexi They're pieces of corn. They're alive in Conker's world for whatever reason. Making it all the better. A piece of shit with corn for teeth
Biber is actually Mighty Poo's past self from 5 Billon years ago, until he finally reached a certain skill of singing, he was long since turned into the Great Mighty Poo due to evolution.
I see you have Believe Music (on behalf of Esse Cubo Records), and 2 Music Rights Societies claimed your audio file you know they don't have any rights for that why don't you dispute it ?
Wish microsoft wasnt forcing rareware to make crap games for the xbox so they would make more good games with conker and make xbox worth buying but sadly I dont think thats going to happen.
We're all blaming Microsoft when we don't really know it. Chris Seavor wasn't the whole team to can decide by himself, perhaps other Rare employees wanted it. Yet this still ended up being "M" rated. What a failure of decisions the series died before it started.
@NinjaOfComedy001 The game never was intended for anyone under 17, both N64 and xbox versions. But I'm just curious how there is a completely unedited version of this song, when all the copies of the game were burned with the swearing already edited and bleeped out. So are there TWO versions of the xbox release out? Was the song uncensored on the soundtrack? That's what I'm confused about.
@2mp2Studios theres a backstory to that because nintendo (back then) didnt thought that a game of their friend companies would make something so harsh and didnt have a censore limit rule (except for obvious things like nudity) but when the game hit retails, nintendo was with their fully opened jaws at the events and things that the game showed, and so a new policy came (that became a no-fun for rare)
+lunarnut No, I have the soundtrack and the song is censored. The unedited version was recorded, saved, then never used again. During the making of the game, they took the uncensored track, edited it, and made sure that was the version in the game. It's quite simple really.
