Worked for me.... my service provider changed the name of my WiFi during a software upgrade... and i could not find the disk that came with my printer.... this video reminded me how to find the settings, and reconnect to the “new” WiFi router. Thanks
Had to manually connect to my printer via Wi-Fi Direct since we changed our home network's SSID for over a year. I wanted to go back to the previous years when I didn't need to change networks to print. After reading on forums and watching videos like these, I stumbled upon an app in my Macbook called 'HP Utility'. As soon as it opened, I knew it was the key to this damned problem. No WPS resets, no cables. Give this a go.
Video is very simple to follow and it works. Since I have newer printer driver, way around to start wifi config is different but it is manageable. Thanks for short and crisp video.
