I've used a wireless mouse and keyboard with a USB dongle plugged into the back of my TV. It works exactly as explained in the video. I access apps and can type directly into RU-vid search box. It's easier and faster when searching for videos and moving around etc. The Samsung browser is more usable because of this.

Awesome! I'm about to get my first TV in... 25 years or so, new house, new tech. I prepared with an HDMI 2.1 cable under my new floor but don't have the greatest laptop yet so these Bluetooth controllers seen awesome! Almost all I need from a laptop might be on the TV? Google docs/slides/sheets, from a browser? That and RU-vid and I'm mostly set! ❤️
I thought that would be the way to do it. That’s what I actually tried before I looked online for a solution. Unfortunately, mine is not working it’s not reading the magic keyboard or the mouse.
