Connecting and Troubleshooting JLab True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds 

One more troubleshooting method that isn't mentioned here, but worked for me: follow the steps to forget and reset the earbuds, take them out of the case, and just wait. If left unconnected, they will turn off after a few minutes. Touch the button for 3 seconds to turn them on. My issue was that they were not pairing with each other. I would get flashing blue and white lights on both. This fixed it.

To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ru-vid.comUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

I’m on my 4th pair of JLab Go Air Pop earbuds. I love the sound, feel, fit, but the ALWAYS disconnect. If they didn’t disconnect all the time, these would be the PERFECT earbuds.

After owning perhaps 7 pairs of these I'm appalled at Jlabs quality control. To have to return pair after pair that 1) Won't connect 2) Won't charge 3) Won't reset 4) Are unstable connection. 5) ANC and Ambient mode are wonky--most all pairs are weak in this department. To their defense Jlab customer service has been patient with me-- But look on other videos where many people have the same problems. IF these worked all the time and performed like one pair I have that's good then I'd highly recommend these. But one working pair out of 7-8 pairs? Sigh UPDATE 1/19/23 just got a new pair of Jlab Epic air anc earbuds (2nd gen) and they're just as useless as all the others

I tried the troubleshooting for my "JLab GO Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Lilac" and my right earbud still won't connect to my left one. After tapping them both 7 times, and taking them out, the left one will flash blue and white but the right one won't light at all.

Thank you! This worked for my Earbuda were not working together. 1 side would work and the other knocked out. Then they would switch off work. Tapping 7 times in the case as shown in the video worked for me.

Had a pair of JLab signatures for over a year and somehow managed to get them to pair separately one day. Which was quite annoying. But several months later, I finally find out it was a quick and easy fix. I unpaired both, tapped both sensors 7 times separately as instructed, and waited a minute to pair them again. These are some of the best earbuds I've had and especially for the price! I thought I would lose these but these earbuds are like a cat and always seem to find a way back to me Lol I lost one in the snow for a month! When the snow thawed we found it in the parking lot, popped it back in the charging case and it still worked and still working 😂😂

I tried the manual reset on mine -- it only works for one -- the left. The right earbud is constantly blinking blue, refuses to sync, connect, or play any audio. I've tried pretty much every trick I could find online, and I went over the instruction manual twice. Anybody else have this issue? If so, any advice on how to solve it?

Thank u friend u helped me slove my issues with how to turn them off in the case my sensor on my left was wasn't reacting until I rubbed my finger on the charger part on the inside of my case n blew in it but turned both mines off at same time it came back on n both mines are playing at same time again n not jumping the sound from one ear to the other ion know how I did that in the first place but ty so much Homie much love I was finna go crazy n lose my mind these things over 50 dollars jlabs airpod pro

My left earbud would continuously cut out and sometimes stop working all together i tried the 7 taps thing and all it did was make it to where either the left or the right worked by itself i had a pair of these for 3 years they broke got a new pair and now they're just not the same giving me problems every day very disappointed in the product quality now

10/10 fixed the seperated problem

I have the first one, and I’ve had mine for about a year, they sometimes unpair which is a pain in the ass but that only happens 5% of the time. I lose them a lot because if I drop them then they just fall out. But other then that they’ve worked for me, I got mine for $20 at Walmart I’ve had some issues but honestly I like em.

It was annoying to pair them at first, but they're honestly my favorite headphones, at the moment. I bought a 2nd pair for my 2nd phone.
