Connecting Up your VAST Set Top Box 

I recently purchased a house and it has one of theses in the cupboard. In 2 weeks we are losing out free to air TV reception and will be looking at this system. Will need to buy a roof satellite thingy first.

Do the cards need to stay in the units? Is it possible to programme channels without the need for a card?

Our Box keeps saying "Boot" but doesn't progress to searching for bouquets. It has worked fine until today. Any ideas please?
