*Celebrities get treated like kings and queens just because of their influence and money. A celebrity attacks someone, charges are dropped or bare minimum. Regular person attacks same person, immediate sentence. Society is so corrupt*

McGregor and teammate, Cian Cowley both pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. This guilty plea was accepted by the Brooklyn court. All felony counts have been dismissed and McGregor and Cowley have been sentenced to five days community service and 1 -3 days of anger management classes. This plea deal will not affect McGregor's travel visa and he will not have a criminal record either. He also has to pay back the bus company for damages incurred, which he has already done. He went into court faced with 12 criminal charges and 2 felony criminal mischief charges after footage emerged which showed him throwing a metal dolly cart through the window of a bus.
As much as I like McGregor has an MMA fighter, what he did was very much against the law. If a common man did the same thing what McGregor did I am sure he would be serving prison time. Why is there a double standard? Is the law only applicable for the common man? Anyone else who is a celeb and rich are above the law? Makes me lose faith in the justice system.

Unbelievable and not sure I am ignorant when it comes to law...but what about if I or any other regular fellow did what he did...I bet things wouldn't turn down this way, especially in New York and how Trump's politics are affecting immigrants I can't believe most of the times celebrities almost get away with anything they do, I don't think I need to say that this wasn't even close to a punishment for what he did. Connor attacked a bus full of ufc fighters which included a fighter he dislikes, he grabbed an inanimate object and threw it against the bus window, the window shattered and the shattered glass injured some fighters cornea and caused lacerations on other fighters as well, it was all caught on video yet he's not guilty of any of it, very currupt.
