Chris, thanks for all the work do you do. Quick question. I know you mention you should say "I head up business devolopment". Have you ever tried doing it in the intro "this is Chris, head of business development. I know you werent exepecting my call etc" . Wondering if establishing that authority in the beginning may help a little bit. Thanks again.
