Proshh is my favorite commander aswell, i love it how both our first original duals were for prossh and were both a badlands. Even tho mine is altered. Love the vid!

prossh is one of if not my fav. commander deck you can go combo or just agro. love that... i was working on a storm ver. earthcraft siege gang commander deranged hermit but it never realy worked to well. love the vid keep up the good work.

Prossh was my first EDH deck! Can attest to the power: it never lost a multiplayer game before I switched it over to a Golgari build. My personal picks not mentioned here are Beastmaster Ascension and Armed//Dangerous. Prossh luckily makes 7 creatures the first time you cast him, so one swing with all of them and Beastmaster Ascension comes online! Armed//Dangerous makes for an easy lethal swing with Prossh. You don't need to put both halves on the same creature, so you can double strike up Prossh while forcing your opponent to block a single kobold with all their creatures.

Yo! Prossh is also my favourite commander. I also run Falkrenrath Noble in my list for more redundancy on the Blood Artist-type effects. Other cards that I think that should be mentioned are Xenagos, God of Revels, Berserker's Onslaught, Gratuitous Violence, and eny other damage doubler or way to give double strike, since Prossh comes with 6 Kobolds the first time, it means that you're able to swing for 11, then double it and... kill someone. Also I love how the followeing cards have performed in my deck: Hunter's Insight, Rishkar's Expertise and Mitotic Slime

A secret weapon in my Prosh build is Temur Battle Rage. Double strike and trample at instant speed. Dragon Fangs is a neat and easily recurable aura that grants +1/+1 trample. Dragon Throne of Tarkir, Gruul War Chant, and Decent Of The Dragons further weaponize the kobolds.

In my Prossh deck I have an infinite combo. Essentially you can copy the food chain combo by replacing food chain with cryptolith rite, ashnod's altar, and a haste enabler. Since it's a four card combo and all the other pieces besides Prossh already fit in very well to the deck, no one in my playgroup complains when I (rarely) go infinite in this way.

Prossh is up there with Vela and Karador for being my favourite Commander to play. He's very powerful, versatile, and he's a DRAGON. I couldn't help but have this stupid grin on my face when I saw that you were covering him.

I recently made a Prossh deck, and I never thought that I would. However, it is for one soul purpose. To generate a fuckton of mana. I went and found as many world wide (Or board centered) effects that could double, triple, or even quadruple mana generated from lands. Cards like Mana Flares, Heartbeat of Spring, Overabundance, Vorinclex, Zendikar Resurgent, and the best icing on the card, Mana reflections, which actually states 'double'. Unfortunately, there are not a whole lot of effects that do this, so after filling up some mana hate in Manabarbs, Mana web, and War toll. I was still left with all my creatures and spells to use. So, after looking at all the colors my deck runs (Have to run black due to Liliana) One guy stood out, a man that doesn't care about being recast cause he comes in stronger. Prossh was my man. With Prossh chosen, I set out to fill the rest of my deck with Dragons, focusing on the Devour mechanic, casting Prossh, getting Kobolds, and eating them all with my next huge dragon, making it bigger. Easy support cards like Dragon Broodmother (Who fills both roles, generating tokens that can eat my other tokens) Fecundity and Mezelek the death priest. It's amazing, people see my mana doublers and are happy with it, so the tend to leave me alone. But leave me alone for just one turn, a dragon infestation tends to happen.

I use blade of the bloodchief, i pulled it from a zendikar pack and put it in immediately. i have used it without netdecking so good for me.

Who no Shared Animosity or Beastmaster Ascension? These make the tokens the real threat of the deck and a good Plan B.

Coud you maybe do a video that includes Vela the Night-Clad in any way ? I found her to be really overlooked.

I removed the sorcery ramp spells in my list and changed it to mana rocks mana crypt, grim monolitj etc. I find it more consistent to bring prossh on 3rd-4th turn and by 5th turn my prossh is going nuts already hahahaha

I already built Sek Kuar, Shattergang Brothers, Vaevictis Asmadi and Kresh. My last project was a deck which contains EVERY Jund commander with prossh as the commander. Sadly they’re all kind of the same. No matter which jund Commander you choose, 20-30 of the cards are always the same…

Hello, i know this video is a bit old but maybe you are up to a response anyway. Just wondered one thing. Does Blade of the Bloodchief really work with Creature tokens? I'd assume that it doesn't since it says that the creatures have to wander to the graveyard for it's effect to be triggered, wich tokens don't.

That colorless mana rule people follow is a nonsense. Yes you need to ensure proper mana drops but I run lots of colorless lands in my decks and never run into mana problems. even to goes as far as running 38-40 lands is also nonsense. Most my decks start at 34 lands and I never have problems at all and I run all competitive decks. I don't play casual.

i have a prossh deck. i can honestly say i dislike it. Many of these cards I use in my deck, this is true. My issue is... well.. yea he is too fast. It really isnt fun. The entire deck revolves around getting proosh out as quickly as possible then winning that turn. It is super resilient. It is very mean... and i spent like an hour building the deck. That is why it isnt fun. games are only 5 turns long occasionally and people just grown because thy barely payed any cards before you are swining in for lethal. In the video he talked about linear deckbuilding- there is no way to play proosh in any other way. foodchain or not you win the same... little shits swinging in for lethal or proosh swining in for lethal. Some cards you should also have included in the list: --Xenagos, god of revels: if you pla him turn 5, then proosh turn 6, you can sac the little shits to pump proosh to 11. Then xenagos trigger for 22 flying haste and knock a player out early. --Shared animosity: The shitty 5 mana flying dude that sacs to "basically be a coat of arms" could be easily be replaced with this. your 6 little shits becoming 5/1's in combat together... 3 mana? --Orge Battle driver: proosh for 6 means 7/5 + 2/1(x6) for 19 damage out of nowhere? nice. Also haste is extremely important if you want to win with the little shits attacking rather than sacing. Shared animosity, for example, gets much better with haste. --beastmaster ascention: along the same vein --evolutionary leap: G draw a creature card for the cost of a little shit. Also a sac outlet. also important to remember that while proosh has an inevitability to him, he can be countered by being stolen or turned into a tree (song of the dryads). A proosh deck without proosh is really bad. Homeward path is a must have in the deck. period. Your meta doesnt run mind control effects? they eventually will if proosh is a problem. it is cheap money wise and not a bad card in general. Also stops you from losing to an insurrection. Another important note is that sac outlets for non-infinite win conditions are extremely important because proosh cannot sac himself. if proosh is on an empty board and no one kills hi, he is a lot less good too.

Prossh is very boring. Requires no thought to build and no thought to play.
