Considering moving to pleasant hill but hesitant as a person of color from oakland…wondering if there are areas that are relatively more diverse within the city?
PH is pretty diverse compared to neighboring towns like WC, Danville, Alamo and Lafayette. Concord has more diversity but also more homeless etc so all will depend on what you need for your family if you have one.
How is the Gregory Gardens area ? Just overall. Really looking at something out that way. As far as traffic in PH its way better than SF overall. Schools are 10000 times better in PH than most in the Bay Area.
Gregory gardens is great up and coming up a lot. It’s more affordable than Walnut Creek and Lafayette and safer than concord. I personally really like pleasant hill a lot.
