True we Rajasthani have more responsibility to save not only this bird but while ecosystem in Rajasthan. Which is under severe pressure due to mining, migration of people , infrastructure development. Loss of ethics and philosophy of local land. Let us hope we can save our static heritage but dynamic too.
It was sad seeing all the negative news about the GIB but this video gives all bird lovers hope of the bustard's revival in India. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing the efforts that go into conservation.
We should open more centres for more birds like the jungle owlet or the bengal florican or the siberian crane there should an breeding for all the 10 critically endangered birds of India hope government of India takes this initiative
My congratulations. There is very good job. I am a scientific researcher. I am engaged in the study of freezing chicken semen. I have investigated the different methods of freezing and thawing semen, diluents and cryoprotectants. I worked in the research center in NARC, Abu Dhabi, UAF.
Great job done...!! Yes it is very long process to breed them and send to wild back..!! I am really worried to see their numbers ...Hope this program bring them back in good number...Thanks for sharing👍
Congratulation and appreciate your efforts for this bird. At childhood I used to see it at Taluka Karmala (Solapur). I have made my son aware of this bird on his existence and he keeps asking me on updates to save it. He is very happy after the video.
Good initiative, Its good that they have International Hubara conservation center of Dubai to aide them. Main success will be when they are able to reproduce using reared chicks. Right now its just hatchery process. More importantly we need to provide them area free of wind mill and high tension wires. Those are on of the biggest killers beside predators
How beautiful their nails are when they were hatching. Adorable precious things. Good luck. Save them, every specie is important. However Its a good strategy to keep a breeding pairs but 7 is still little small number perhaps 3 males and 12 females total of 15 would be a good number, just in my opinion.
Great Work, if there is any help we can do plz consider me in. Thanks for the efforts u guys are doing to do this god level work. we all as human should try to find solution for all these creatures too.
There migratory birds are reaching Sindh and Thar desert. But they are spotted by locals. The Sheiks pay them some money and hunt these birds with trained Falcons. The transmission lines and wind mill towers are also killing Hubaro Bustard.
Congratulations to all of you in this much required effort.Wish you all success in this noble endeavour.Proud to know that the captive breeding of this great very rare bird has been initiated.
Great job, congratulations! While going through other videos, i got to know that breeding in captivity did not work in past. Would be really interested to know what's the plan for getting 2nd generation out successfully
It's really positive work & such eficeant effort to save rare bird, it's really sad that modern human needs by default hundreds of thousands species sacrifice their lives which is suddenly not right.
Don't worry bro, all endangered birds in india will not go extinct, we won't allow, we wildlife lovers will fight till end for their preservation, whether its great Indian bustard or lesser floricans or caracals, we will always remind govt and wildlife departments in india to save them.❤❤❤
