Hi, Ive just done my conservatory roof using the 100mm (4") insulated steel sheets and really it was so easy and its so strong i have a span of 2.7m (9') with only end support and i can walk on it

I have an issue with my convsrrvatory recently had it made the guys put joints in the glass and the water is stopping on the glass and wont go down hes made holes but still nothing , am so distressed he wont do anything for me 😭 Plz any suggestions

The trouble with all of this is that it is not double glazed so it will radiate heat in winter like crazy and there is no way to close off the rest of the house. It should have double glazed doors between conservatory and house.

Tiling work is done wrong.

Will definitely leak, I've made good money fixing these. Brick course above needs cut out and trays need put in to separate the outside skin of brickwork from the inside or water that penetrators the out side in to cavity runs down in to new conservatory/sunroom. Cost's about £600 if done before or about £1500 to fix when erected.

Then put a rug over the 15 layers of floor tiles and rubble...wtf!

Trouble with this is that they forgot isolation before the concrete in flooring, which will add to their heating expences during the winter. Further more, the plastic should never under the concrete. It should be straight under the flooring. There is no isolation in the ground facing the garden. Big mistake. Then there is all the floorheating. Its not double reversed. It should be, so the heating is used on the way back to the shunt. Wow.... I would never have showed this in public. DK
