Can you talk a bit about where you place your second hand when setting up these different releases? I think I understand the difference between the 11,10 and 9 releases but not 100% sure how you setup to help you reach those angles!

The clock system is just where you have your fingers pointing as you hold the ball at setup, correct?

Is that a hyped you are throwing?

do you ever track your actual speed to confirm what your doing or would that even make a difference to you approach
