Console Wars: Spandex Edition

I am going to say that when any other "review channel" makes little skits I skip past them and just want to see game play and compliments/complaints. This is the only channel where the skits make the content better and I always make sure to watch them. Thank you for sticking with it and continuing to provide us with laughs. And to everyone that stood with them and helped them through everything, you are helping to make the world a better place!

Sometimes I forget how awesome Console Wars is then I rewatch like 30 episodes to remind me. The quality and humor is still great thanks for the new episode.

Can I just say I appreciate the both of you? Not only are you looking at games that most people wouldn't think would have differences, but you're looking at games most people never even talked about. This is great for people like me who love to look into the dark reaches of classic gaming. Sometimes you can find a gem, Sometimes you can find a piece of crap. But, finding that gem is all the sweeter. I've been a fan since the early days, and you guys never failed to impress me. Thank you guys for making the show!

One of my closest friends growing up had this on the snes , and this was the game we always went back to even in our teens and twenties that always caught our attention and captured the competitive nature quite well

You are doing Super Back to the Future Part II on Super Famicom vs. Back to the Future Part III on Sega Genesis. Honestly, I do picture some arguments for that episode. I think this is likely going to be which is worst, it's been awhile for one of those episodes. I do see Sega winning for a lot of reasons. As for the actual episode you went up and beyond with the humor. You actually got me more into the video as it went on, I wasn't a fan of the show. I meant American Gladiators to clarify. Honestly, great job guys I loved the episode. It's not among my favorites though but it's still worth mentioning.

Love the show, always get excited for a new episode. You guys bring me back to my younger days and love showing my little man what it was like back in the day. #SegaDoesWhatNintenDon’t

Fun vid as always gents. Just curious, if you could choose Gladiator names (aside from Nintendo and Sega) what would they be?

Someone somewhere probably already commented this, but you need to hold the mode button on the Genesis 6-button controller (when turning on the console) to use it on some 3-button games. Not really sure what the criteria is for a game to have this requirement, but I remember it being a thing for one of the Golden Axe games.

About the Sega Genesis 6 button controller, check if you can move the character using “X, Y, Z, and Mode” I remember some games doing that which I assume it was done intentionally to add extra challenge as I seem to recall most of them were sports like games.
