@@SyedAlinintendo it was a good year all things considered looking back, even though I was 3 at the time and couldn’t have appreciated it as much then.
The first time I saw this was at the Southpoint 17 in Durham, NC. I was watching "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Now it's an AMC theater. This brings back great memories.
I remember seeing this promo at Harbour View Grande 16 in Suffolk Virginia before the chain was bought out by Regal Cinemas and became part of Regal Entertainment Group.
man same here! when i was a kid I think the last movie I watched there was Spiderman 3, when they had the huge TV in the back of the lobby that showed off the trailers, but now its a shadow of its former self...
@@joshuaclarke1389 However at Regal Crossroads Stadium 20 and IMAX they also played the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer after the Regal Roller Coaster or the Regal Silence your Cell Phones Policy Trailer: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k7ZMwNQxkXo.html
@@pnmawvr777railfanarchived8 oh damn I didn't even get a notif about this comment haha. The roller coaster regal trailer I don't remember too much really. I do remember the trailer that Carmike used to show, where it featured stuff like King Kong, Jaws, great stuff like that
The theater I go to used to be owned by Consolidated (It’s now Regal). I know this because in the lobby there are chairs that say “Consolidated Theaters” on the back and in the front exterior of the theater, the box office has stars that have the Consolidated logo on the ground. Pretty interesting
There is another Theater that used to be Consolidated Theatres The Stone Group one in Cary NC called "Crossroads 20" but in 2009 it's now Regal and in 2011 They added an IMAX Theater But the remains of the Policy Trailer they played by Consolidated Theatres after the Regal Silence your Cell Phone Policy Trailer they played the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer which is insane: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k7ZMwNQxkXo.html After that they played the Regal Roller Coaster But sadly in 2016 all of the Consolidated Theatres Seats and others were removed and replaced with the brand new Regal's Reclining Seats in October 2019 They removed the Consolidated Theatres Lobby Floor Texture and replaced with Regal's Floor Texture and repainting the 4 Consolidated Theatres Golden Statues but however some 4 Consolidated Theatres Golden Statues can be putted in the movie wheel as a Star Wars Symbols only for Star Wars Movies. That's all
Oddly enough, a Regal in my town that opened up in 2014 has that Consolidated exit snipe but not the theater that was actually owned by them. Last time I was there in 2020, they had the same original chairs too.
I saw Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone at Phillips Place Cinemas in Charlotte, North Carolina -- Consolidated Theatres and the policy trailer was the old teal hovercar trailer
My Theater which is Crossroads 20 still plays the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UCsDhomMonQ.html
I have seen this open before, this was shown at the Raleigh Grande 16 in Raleigh, NC. Raleigh Grande was sold to Carolina Cinemas in 2008, retaining the consolidated theaters showing "Raleigh Grande" at the front until 2013-2014 when Carolina Cinemas put their logo up over the consolidated theaters logo. As of 2016, Cinemark operates the Raleigh Grande, which they covered up the "Raleigh Grande" Logo and now it shows "Cinemark" on the front. This video brings great memories
There is another Theater called Crossroads 20 and it opened in December 1999 and it was own by Consolidated Theatres then in 2008 it was added with an IMAX Theater in 2009 it became Regal Cinemas and around 2016 it got the new Regal's Reclining Seats but it still plays the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer today.

For anyone who doesn't know, Consolidated Theatres was a company based in North Carolina. I'm not sure where they started, but that's why so many theatres, like the Crossroads theatre and the White Oak theatre, were Consolidated Theatres. Eventually they were bought out by the Regal Entertainment Group, and now they are basically non existent.
@@ilmamartinez522This is a Real Theater and It used to be there ever since 1996 but Consolidated Theatres merged with Regal ever since 2008 when Herman Stone find a better theater he call it his own Theater Company called "Stone Theatres" which also exist instead of Consolidated Theatres
(Consolidated Theaters Theme starts) Male Narrator: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to Consolidated Theaters! No talking during the show, please turn off all cellphones. And dispose of trash at the exits. We hope you enjoy at the start of the show!
@@wf94chile But now it's Regal just it acquired with Consolidated Theatres Like my Theater which is Regal Crossroads Stadium 20 and IMAX (used to be Consolidated Theatres but now it's Regal)
