sir, in case of stake sale and loss of control.. assuming that the parent only had a single subs. and it lost the control .. will the parent entity will further be required to prepare CFS? or are we just talking about the Stand alone FS in the example quoted.

Sir in TYK 10, ICAI has not considered the fair value of 10% investment retained (which can be calculated based on stake sold) instead they have used 10% of Net Assets. Isn't it wrong ?
