Hi Hans, Think your jumped on the wrong video here, however no I never heard back from Renogy. They are notorious for very bad support via email etc. The DCC50S has been in for months now and has been working great but I think it just needs very large cable to get close to full output. Also my customer showed me how the indicator LED's stop working for no reason each day (although this does not interfere with its operation at all). He has to shutoff all power for a few seconds (so at night time when there is no solar) and it resets and the indicator lamps work for the rest of the day again.
