Constant Current U-bolt Heating Machine 

In General a resistance heating machine made for heating U-bolt rods have high variation of electic current from start to end process. A 50KVA machine will take 125 Ampere electric current at starting & when iron rod becomes red hot the electric current decreases to 70 Amp. And the electric current vary drastically according to heating length more if heating length further reduced it can take 200 to 300 ampere electric current. Hence create faults or wiring burns.
To overcome these problems this constant "electric current" U-bolt heater is made. It will not take electric current than the set value if heating length is changed. The same machine can be used for heating length of 5 inch to 48 inch.
