The stud welder is made for working on 220-Volts sometimes called 240-Volts it is the same thing. You can operate it on domestic and industrial 220-Volt single phase supply. It can work on low volts but for full performance minimum 180 volts are required. On the higher volt side, it can work on up-to 270-Volts, Above this supply volts, the machine may damage.
The production of stud welding depends upon stud size for 3mm stud it can goes up-to 20 studs per minute and for 8mm the production will be 12 to 15 studs per minute.
