I cant remember which episode, but when "Irena" comes to visit "Henry" in the hotel to tell him she has cancer; he calls her "Valya".

Yep pretty sure Valya is Irena from the universe where she died (floating now in space, there). When Henry had a meet up with her at the hotel, she says she dreams of floating around earthh (like the haunting presence is doing in Alice dream), she said her sister is dead and she is dying of cancer. She is aware of the other universe as much Henry/bud does. To me she is dying of cancer because the other one is affected by the radiation from outer space.

Yep. About 45 minutes into episode 3. Henry calls her Valya. Confirmed on the subtitles.

I think the Jo in the space station is still alive. But because of the entanglement, she cannot reach either dimension. She is stuck in a “liminal space”. And because she’s still alive Jo on earth-2 is able to acquire her knowledge of playing the piano, and probably a few other things such as the injuries. But with Alice, her entanglement via iPad makes more sense if we think of the internet and electric fields as liminal spaces as well…. Just needed to say this somewhere lol

Is that a third Jo stuck in liminal space or the one we know of now? And I'm not a big fan of the Alice and iPad theory there has to be something more to it than that.... Only a few episodes until we find out 🤣

It was shown in episode 1 that there are 2 realities one where Jo spoke to Alice in Swedish and she had pig tails and the other when she didn’t speak Swedish so I think your right about Cal mixing the two realities and both Alice’s were there observing when the accident happened ,Henry is always going on about the observer affect

Great video! I like your idea that Alice is possibly in Jo’s mind. She does seem to be subtly guiding her in some direction. Either way, this show is awesome. Appreciate your recaps!

The couple at the Skagerak observatory are not Germans but danes, they're famous danish actors and their portrayed native language is danish. Minor detail - absolutely love your run-down vids of these quite confusing, but also super interesting series - keep up the good work.

I don't understand I watched a couple of channels already and none of you seem to get this it's very simple Alice is involved in this because of the time of the accident she was on a comlink with her mother and because of the direct connection happening live at the time of the accident somehow the radiation from the CAL also affected hours at the same time and that's why Alice sees these things too and I watched a couple of channels and none of them has touched on this I don't get it it's right there in front of you from day one

If that was the case every single person in the communication room would also be affected, as it was a live feed when the CAL was being turned on. Also all the other astronauts would be effected that were on the ISS, and that isnt the case. As they have Type A drugs

I think there are 3 realities, remember Henry’s explains to Alice a particle can be black in one existence, white in the other and there’s a place between where it’s both black and white at the same time.
