You know? I expected myself to cry since I know the song and the meaning and how it could fit... I didn't know it would hit me this badly. There are actual tears coming down my face right now. Every moment is done so perfectly, and so nice. You put your whole soul into this i can see it. "Everything you thought you knew, will fall apart but you'll be alright" it sounds like a final message FROM KAITO ARE YOU KIDDING ME Mesmerizing. This is all I can say. Just mesmerizing.

And this is why a lot of Danganronpa fans love Kaito. He deserves a happy life. And he deserved to live longer than he did. He didn’t deserve to die, he didn’t deserve to be sick, he didn’t deserve to have bad things happen to him. But at least he accomplished his biggest dream before he died. He went to space.

Gosh I love this animatic so, so much. Your art style, Kaito's POV of everything and how much he cares for the people around him, the focus on Kaede's impact on the whole story... it's all fantastic. I love the use of specific colors to cut through the purple and white like the blue for Keebo's rays, and all the wonderful intentional shots (the slow pan up to Kokichi in the exisal and then cutting to Kaito and panning down; the stairs leading to Kaito's lab; lingering on Kaede's piano as the school blows up; "every good intention" linked to Kaede and Maki's respective attempts to kill the mastermind -- and each time, Kaito stepping in to intervene: getting angry with Shuichi / defending Kaede, then later defending Kokichi; "and the shapes that you drew / may change beneath a different light" linked to Tsumugi, her cosplay, and the final reveal; the choice of 'ghosts' that Kaito sees as he lies on the press). Absolutely stellar work. Thank you so much for putting this together! I will be continuing to watch this over and over again :D

I have watched this animatic I don’t know how many times now, but it never fails to make me sob. Idk if that’s because it is just that incredible and heart wrenching, or because I just got that emotionally attached to Kaito, but if I’m being honest it’s probably both. i love all the meanings of it and like how at first kaede is the one that guides shuichi and kaito, and at the end it’s kaito there supporting them. and how kaito sees shuichi, maki, and kokichi as a blur when he and ouma are about to die and he still seems hesitant, but after kokichi dies and says goodbye, he no longer has any doubts about it and instead thinks about joining him; because he knows that things will turn out alright. ok damn this rant turned into an incoherent mess but um u get what i mean rgiht ;-; i love ur art and songs and jandndnfnejdj it’s all beautiful
