Sir! Thanks for such comprehensive and concret lecture. But I have one question. According to this 1973 constitution, Artical#23 Every Citizen of Pakistan can have the ownership of land. Sir, But my question is: Before 1973 , the Kammis, Artisans, kasabgar, labourers, had no right for owning the land. So please clarify or give references for the following 2 points: Q No.1: Who had been disqualified the Kammis, Artisans, Kasabgars and labourers from proprietary rights. Q No.2: Who had been lifted this ban, and now every Pakistani citizen e.g Kammis, Artisans, Kasabgar, labourers can buy land in Pakistan. Sir! Please guide me according to the law or give me some references for concret studies. Thanking in anticipation.
