What’s the purpose of the underground room. I believe client prefers it for a reason. Could it be for aesthetics or what. I’m asking because ventilation may be minimal.
Thanks for your question, underground rooms are design base on client request for specific function or base on to site topographic. If you have a land that is sloppy in nature, filling to the required height might pose a challenge, but considering basement floor in the lower part of the land might be a solution that can make you consider building underground house.
