In this video we take a snowy day to make a barbecue in the snow and eat next to the grill! The idea arose since we had wood available to remember the Argentine roasts that were made in the works at the time of my childhood.
We chose the cut of meat banderita and also some Spanish style sausages, and of course you could not miss a good bottle of wine (this time of Portuguese origin) to accompany this delicious roast!
Then we took them on a walking tour of the neighborhood, walking to Togo, and we explained about the daily live in winter in Canada.
We hope you enjoy this barbecue in the snow and wish you a happy weekend!
What is your favorite type of Argentine roast? Are there any traditional Argentine roasts that you would like to see on the channel? Let us know in the comments and soon more roast videos are coming.

WORK ROAST in the SNOW! ❄️ | A Rico ARGENTINO BANDERITA Roast in Canada in Winter ☃️:
Hello everyone! Thank you for watching this video that is part of our "Cooking with Daniel" series, where my father shares stories and cooks typical foods from Argentina and other parts of Latin America.
This series began with the idea of filming the Argentine roasts that we did here at home during the weekends. Rich roast with the classics such as chorizo, beef tenderloin, chorizo beef, empty, strip roast, and entrails ... well, a little of everything! And to always accompany a chopped and some good Argentine wines.
From there we began to cook other Argentine foods such as milanesas, pizzas, pasta, empanadas, stew, locro and more. These are all Argentine foods that you asked us in the comments, so we prepared them with pleasure!
Now we are beginning to experiment with dishes from other Latin American countries. We have already prepared some Peruvian dishes, but tell us what other dishes you want to see. Your suggestions are welcome.
Here we leave the list of all the videos we have filmed in this series: "Cooking with Daniel". We hope you enjoy them: • COCINANDO CON DANIEL: ...
