Consumer Focus - Fix The High Street: Episode 8, Colchester 

Sorry, I have to disagree about Boots, last may I as a Dutch person was on holiday in Colchester and needed some holiday washing stuff. There is an english word for it but I can't remember. I first went to another pharmacy in High street but they didn't have it and I didn't feel like the lady working was willing to help me. So I went to Boots, I couldn't find myself what I needed and so I asked and the lady who helped me was very great. I got fantastic service, she was patient with someone like me whose english isn't very good. I went out the store as a satisfied costumer.
