They are such a blessing. I would like to move that laundry spinner to another part of the garden, though, but it is also the best place to dry clothes.
Thank you. I just know that big Bella Berry is super pot bound...I keep feeding it every week to keep it going until I can repot it once it finishes fruiting🤞🤞
Hi Dani I love this little court yard. Your Chilean Guava is stunning. I had a personal best year with Fig. My VDB fig had over 120 figs! We already harvested over 60%. More to come in coming week. I added 2x more fig trees to my collection. My strawberry and yellow guava doing well but no flowers this year. I also added Barbados cherry, Thai mulberry, and Natal plum to my tropical fruit collection.
Oh my goodness. What an amazing fig harvest!! It's obviously a very, very happy tree!! This is the second summer where we just haven't had much proper Summer weather...we might get 33°C one day (mostly when we were away, so unable to water🙈), but then the temperature would drop to 9°C at night. I think the plants are so confused and it really doesn't make growing tender heat-lovers easy. I love the sound of your new additions. I have always wanted a Lemon Guava. They just look and sound so good!!
Hi Dani from Canada BC! You have inspired me to grow more fruit in containers. I was wondering if you could let us know what diameter container and also the height of the plant when you are talking about them. It would really help me a lot. Thanks so much.
So lovely to hear from you and thank you so much for your feedback. I will definitely include pot and plant sizes in the future. At the moment I think all these plants really need repotting - they have grown so much, despite how cold our Summer has been. I'll just wait for them to finish fruiting, then do a big repot and reshuffle to settle them in for Winter. I'll be sure to include pot sizes in that video🙂
