People have told me partner stretching can be incredibly helpful and effective for flexibility gain. One of my coworkers who did synchronized swimming and diving speaks highly of it. I just learned this beautiful choreography! It was a lot if fun, thank you so much for doing such amazing free content. It was good for me that you teach really slowly. But I always get confused with the sides. When you where facing the front, it was really hard for me to follow. So maybe next time you could face the back more often or you have a mirror in front of you. Would be so so helpful! But love your videos! Have a nice day.💗💗💗
