In a service matter, if a petition has been filed against a Government Officer u/s 2 (B) of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 for wilful disobedience to the High Court judgment; whether it is a private case against that particular individual or it is a case against Government of India?

*Sir, I am from Rajasthan.....* And our *Subordinate Staff Selection Board, Jaipur had released the result and given appointment on 90% seats considering wrong answer to any question in Livestock Assistant Recruitment-2022, But we *filed a petition in Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur and won the case from the double bench,* and the judge asked the subordinate board to issue the revised result, But by not releasing the revised result, the board filed an SLP in the Supreme Court against our decision and from there their SLP was rejected and they were asked to comply with the order of the High Court. *Despite that, the subordinate board is not releasing our results and is asking us to file a review petition in the Supreme Court. What should we do now? We are very sad.*

We had a case of service matter in which we appealed in Single Bench allahabad High Court where our case was dismissed, thereafter we went to the double bench of Allahabad High Court, the double bench took cognizance of the matter and gave direction in our favour, after that the opposite party is not following the order, so we filed a contempt application in Allahabad High Court, even after that the opposite party did not follow the order and they(Reepondent) went to appeal in the Supreme Court where the Honourable Supreme Court rejected the suit of the respondent party, even after that, even after 3 months of the dismissal of the suit, the opposite party has not followed the order, so what can we do further in this Please sir help me

माननीय सर को प्रणाम, मैं रेलवे में हूं मैं और मेरे साथी साल 2011 में विभागीय परीक्षा में पास किया लेकिन रेलवे विभाग ने फाइनल पास लिस्ट नहीं प्रकाशित किया,तब हम लोग माननीय उच्च न्यायालय रांची में एक रिट साल 2012 मे दायर किया, जिसमे माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने हम लोगों के पक्ष मे फैसला 4/11/17 को सुनाया, पर रेलवे ने फैसला नहीं माना तब हम लोगों ने कंटेंप्ट 2018 मे दायर किया तब रेलवे ने एलपीए दायर किया जिसमे माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने एलपीए को कुछ ऑब्जर्वेशन के साथ एलपीए को डिसमिस्ड कर दिया,पर रेलवे ऑब्जर्वेशन को माना लेकिन रिट कोर्ट के आदेश नही माना और अब कंटेंप्ट कोर्ट ने भी 6/1/23को मामला को ड्रॉप कर दिया अब ऐसे में क्या हम लोग slp मे जा सकता हूं

सर मैने मध्यप्रदेश सरकार के एक विभाग से त्यागपत्र दिया था जिसके एवज में मुझसे उस विभाग में 3 महीने का वेतन जमा करवाया गया था जो कि नियुक्ति आदेश की शर्तो के अनुरूप नही था। मेरे द्वारा हाईकोर्ट पिटिसिन फाइल की थी कोर्ट ने मेरे पक्ष में फैसला देते हुए राशि 60 दिन में ब्याज सहित राशि लोटने का आदेश दिया था किंतु विभाग द्वारा उक्त आदेश पर कोई कारवाही नही की गई। क्या किया जाए मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करे।

सर, हाईकोर्ट की डबल बेंच ने मेरे पक्ष में last drawn सैलेरी (80महीने की) देने का आदेश अगस्त 2022 में दिया था। मार्च 23 में मैंने cocp अपने कारखाना प्रबंधक by name डाली है वो(प्रबंधक जी) नोटिस के बावजूद हाजिर नहीं हुए, इसमें कितना टाईम लग सकता है या आगे क्या हो सकता है क्योंकि हमारी कम्पनी बहुत प्रभावशाली है।
