Oh, prayers do lots of things! Of course, with far removed celebrities and politicians and such it is always hard tell. There's also free will which will not be overwritten by God, so people have to WANT to listen to him before they turn around. But, praying does almost instantly: you don't close yourself off to the evil in the world, but you look at it. And you see it is not how it is supposed to be, and you bear the pain of that. And you also aknowledge that you are too weak, and too small to do any change in the big evils of the world, so you ask God to do something about it. Because he can! So humility and trust in God gets practised. And then comes the miracle: peace enters your heart, and you stop worrying. As someone who spent 20years as an agnostic and in severe anxiety, that is a miracle. To not be in denial about the things that go wrong, yet still being able to see the beauty in life, in existing... is just amazing to me. And this peace in the heart frees you up to love peple around you more. To give more freely your time, your affection, your goods. And then more people around you get more peaceful and your little prayer starts to bring good into this world in ways you never could have imagined. Likely not in the way you imagined, but way more beautiful than that, unexpected. I hope my answer was not too long, but I needed time to put my experiences with prayer into words. As I said, I was a wayward child for 20years, the comparison between 'prayer' and 'no prayer' is absolutely huge

Does anybody here like comics? Because Advent comics, a Christian comic company, has a lot of great comic titles. I just noticed that, despite them being of very good quality that no one is really buying them. I believe that as Christians we should support our own, as they are making these works unto the will of God as a way to fulfill Jesus's promise of giving us life more abundantly. Why read Marvel or DC comics or give them to your children, when we have our own comics right here waiting for us. I would like for us to honour God by partaking in things that glorify Him and strengthen our spirit, as well as walk with Christ.

When I was going through a hard time, at 3am I smelled sulfur. It felt like forever, and the smell was so bad I even plugged my nose and still smelled and tasted it. This was in 2010 and it still scares me to think about it.

At first, all I could feel was pain in the under & the top of my eyeballs, then I saw it. Black & grotesque, no light in or around it, crawling & hovering on the ceiling. Amazingly, I had no fear. It felt like years & seconds at the same time while observing it & I could feel its anger grow as it realized I could see it & was interfering with its quest for my daughter. I felt a scratch across my leg & this caused my eyes to drop from being heavily rolled up in my head. I look down & see my daughter. At first, I thought she moved her arm in her sleep & her fingernail scraped my leg & then in the next second I remembered what I just experienced & saw & realized that it had reached out to scratch me. I'm still mad that I didn't think to look at the time but it was nearing 4 a.m. Once I got my senses together & became clearer in what I had just experienced I rebuked it, and called on angels and the Most High to cleanse my house & protect my daughter & me in Jesus' name. I know some will say I was dreaming, but I KNOW I wasn't. I've had many kinds of dreams- color, smell, B&W, time travel, angels, etc. This was not a dream. We, as humans, only see ~.0035 of the light spectrum. We are blind to 99.997% of the electromagnetic spectrum, I believe this is why my eyes were so heavily drawn in the back of my head, perhaps this was a nerve communication that would allow me to "see" in a different way & it was not in my mind. Considering how blind we are, imagine what we don't & can't see. I think I was "allowed" to see this to shatter any kernel of doubt or confusion that dwelt in me. To see what is always lurking especially around our children. Prayer is powerful, and our words are very powerful & I have always prayed for & over my daughter. I have had a couple other experiences that enable me to come to these conclusions & I can tell you that most other times in my life I probably would have been overcome with fear, but I wasn't & still am not & I am grateful for it. Find a way not to fear, evil & negativity thrive on our fear. I don't know what your beliefs are & I don't intend to disrespect you, but of all the people who have overcome the demonic & various vile & unclean things, they all say nothing worked until I spoke in Jesus' name. This was one of the greatest gifts & reasons for His existence on Earth, to grant us authority in His name over evil. Please try to KNOW this, to KNOW you are a perfect child of The Most High, your words are power, fear not, especially if you smell that smell again. Call on your angels from heaven & speak with the authority blessing you've been given by Jesus & speak in His name. Trust the demons know the power & authority we have & they love it when we fear. *sorry this is so long. I hope it is worth your time.

No. Movies music and shows been crazy satanic forever. What is scary is that people sing the music . Programming themselves to worship demons .
