Originally, this message was me saying Wallo was used due to no one really knowing what the 13th added monster was, turns out the devs pushed it back due to a bug they found the day before release and the 13th monster was Arms all along which was fixed in a patch later on. (it couldn't spawn in)

Before there was no model for the angler but now there is so maybe there adding it to the game? Or more?
