@@LonelyCinderella123 he killed at least five people and there is reason to believe he had dozens of victims. He would have killed her eventually. Even if not on the date…he would have circled back.
No woman would be attracted to a guy that creepy looking. They make him look so obviously like a serial killer and that misses the point. The reason he was able to lure his victims was because he was charming and good looking. Like Ted Bundy basically.

I never understood why directors never found guys that actually found guys who actually resembled the real person and gave them acting lessons most the movies they make the actors look nothing like the person in real life
The woman made the best decision not going out with him. At first, my heart stopped when they showed that she chose him as the winner, but I was relieved to find out that she backed out. Smart woman who trusted her instincts. But I can’t imagine what she must think now looking at this creepy footage
Maybe she checked his criminal records and saw that he had been in prison before for sexual assault? It's ridiculous that the producer of this show overlooked it and let him on, or they probably just belonged to the same pack!
@King Delevingne she picked him but once she actually seen him and met him the whole vibe was off . She can only hear his voice. But once you met him face-to-face that's when the creepiness came out
I've been found creepy several times for not liking reggaeton, and I have gone with several succesful relationships through the years and I haven't killed anyone so far nor I pretend to.
I really feel like you can sense creepiness on a subconscious level just by looking at somebody’s eyes, but we ignore this intuition for the sake of politeness and not wanting to feel like we’re judging someone

It’s very telling how he lured women. In this game show, the woman picked him over all of the other contestants. I’m sure this is how all of the other women fell victim to him as well. Wish the others would have been more intuitive.

Kenneth KImes was also another seriel killer who appeared on the Dating Game. Kenneth Kimes and his mother Sante Kimes had left a trail of bodies and were finally caught and convicted.
They still exist to this day. Forensics have gotten so good though that they’re caught so much sooner and can’t get away with nearly what they would have back then fortunately.

I absolutely lost it at 1:23 when he said "check out the eerie resemblance." I feel like Inside Edition knew that they looked nothing alike so they threw that line in as a sarcastic joke.
What a great effort to find an actor that looked like the killer... and they failed miserably. They had also to change the plot a bit... he has now won a nobel prize
She said when she actually saw him face to face - she couldn't see him during the programme until she'd made her choice - and spoke to him, she picked up his weird vibe. She said he seemed "creepy". Damn straight he was creepy.

Thank God that once she got a closer look at and into this guy she went with her intuition and never dated him. A big lesson here we can all learn from.

@community1949, It was 1978 - the internet didn't exist yet, cellphones didn't exist yet (the way we know them now), personal computers weren't in homes yet [the computers of the time took up a whole - large - room in an office building, and the processing power was miniscule], DNA testing had just started (and was primitive), no surveillance cameras everywhere, and many states didn't yet have a sex offender registry, much less a national sex offender registry existing. Long-distance phone calls were expensive as heck; the show would've had to have a private investigator call (or write letters by snail mail to) the Bureau of Prisons in every state.. *for every single contestant*, then wait to get the letters back, & read through 50 letters, all before the show's taping, on the off chance a serial killer is bold enough to want to appear on national tv with his next victim..
