It depends on what bushings are already there. My understanding is the boardside bushing has more to do with the centerpoint, stability and how hard it is to initiate turns, and roadside has more to do with your return to center or rebound. So harder boardside for more stability and harder roadside for more aggressive rebound.
Nimda33 I'm running a 4-sleeve setup with WFB bushings. WFB's don't have that much rebound and the sleeves make up for that, but I still get the great lean and turn from my trucks and bushings.
