While this may sound like an unorthodox technique, it seems to work for me. What techniques do YOU use to prevent UTI's? Share them here so people can use the comments as a resource. ❤ ✌
Sounds like a conversation after a game of wheelchair basketball, or a ride on the handcycle with the team! I commend your willingness to put this stuff out on a public forum.
Excellent subjects! 🤣 🙏😊 I was told not to clean also, it works for some people! Some people are more susceptible to uti"s like me it doesn't matter what I did over the 25 years I've always got a uti every 2 months " cloudy, smelly urine, and fever" and on antibiotics, I drink 2.5 litres per day, I've tried everything for prevention even different catheters, right now I'm trying 3 hiprex a day with 2000mg of vitamin C and a vinager bladder wash out every night.
the only thing that concerns me that yes its your own bacteria that you are not washing off but as you probably know we can react to our own bacteria ..especially staph ..but it sounds as those your immune system does not over react to your own bacteria which is half the battle ...its the same with giving injections..a lot of research has shown cleaning the area before injecting someone is pretty useless . in western health we sterilise babies to the point they have no immunity to everyday bacteria..everything is sterilised and they even think its contributing to the rise in allergies ..babies who are brought up in houses that have cats and dogs living there tend to have far less allergies as from day 1 they are exposed and therefore their immune system starts working to fight any bugs they are exposed to
One other thing - please let your friend know that, at least for my wife and I, and we do not have an SCI, that blueberry muffins affect us the same way.
