I have personally spent a day at Andy’s office. He and everyone at The Elliot Group are as legit and genuine as it comes. I would always trust & follow Andy. Dude treated me better than my own family- and my family doesn’t treat me poorly haha. His wife, Jacqueline too. Great people.

I love Dmitry and his heart for integrity. I share it. And I love Andy Elliot. Sure he's over the top, he teaches solar for no reason, but he has a good heart and offers a fire that alot of us sales guys need.

The biggest issue with our modern world is people aren’t given any mercy or redemption when they own up to their mistakes. We all make mistakes and discernment should be applied to any situation. I have seen some of Andy’s content and it’s only heard by men who want to be better like myself. All the others criticizing him are just noise!
To be honest, I don’t always appreciate his approach, some of it I find to be for clicks and lacks decency. But that is because my style is so different. I do agree with him that the first place to start for success is health. I have been a very successful sales leader. Sometimes I let my health spiral in a negative direction. The result is I am less successful and much less happy. Andy is 100% right about this. Also, I like that you talked about how his team worked with you during the contract signing, you showed how they greeted you enthusiastically as you entered building - this is how it should be done. Who wouldn’t want to work with a team like this. Great interview, you asked the hard questions and he answered them candidly. Respect.
Andy's the man! Guys speaks from his heart. Honest about his past. I been through some really bad stuff and I thought it would always hold me back. Not anymore 💪🏽 thanks Andy. You showed me that you hustle gotta get out there and be yourself. Now I have many new customers and they love me and I love them. I fell better than ever, man thank you for being you! And I wear weird cloths and my customers love it and mess with me about it! It adds such a vibe to the work!
I'm still not 100% convinced on this guy. He was the GM of a car dealership that was federally convicted of serious financial crimes in 2019. As the GM he was one of the main people committing and teaching the crimes but he weaseled himself into a deal with the feds to protect his butt. While others went to federal prison for 20 years he is now making a bunch of money doing "sales training". As a Christian that is eternally grateful for Jesus, I believe in giving second chances. However, Andy claims to have been "saved" in 2011, then later on (2014?) went to "bible study" with one of the fraudulent loan officers he was paying off to approve bogus loans. Someone who commits these types of crimes while claiming to be a Christian is someone I'm going to be VERY skeptical about. My advice to Andy is to carefully read Matthew 7:21-23. I hope he is doing the right thing but Jesus will be the ultimate judge of that. ““Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name...Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’.’"
And its always these type of guys who find another way to get people for their money...funny how he never mentions that at his seminars..just how he made 500,000
That sounds very legalistic and the reference you are referring to was before the cross and was spoken to religious leaders. Question, did Jesus promise we would be perfect after salvation? Is there a difference in sin and have you sinned since you were saved?
Ive read the FBI's document on Andy Elliott. He ratted on the people at his dealership to avoid prosecution. He's stole and embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars. He made payments to a bank officer to approve all loans from his car company. All of this is a matter of public record.

I had been seeing Andy off and on for the last few months when I was looking at Andrew Tate for sales advice 😂 The first thought to myself was 💭 “Oh great another high octane sales guy he’s over the top” He kept coming through my feed and eventually I was able to see who he truly is… A wonderful amazing man of God! Now I’m probably around 30 hours in 😂 to his videos. Never in my life have I even considered moving states and kissing everything goodbye even future dreams or aspirations. I have always wanted to be on top but I know I would be happy just scrubbing toilets for them because for the first time in my life I 100% understand the value of just being in the same building as them.
Andy is a Bad Ass! I have an awesome experience with him and his VP, they are the real deal! I have done so much time trying to find coaches and you usually spend a ton of money and don't get much other than a few digital or printed pieces of stuff. The day I text Andy I was on the phone with his VP and it was on!!!
Andy Elliot has made a huge difference in my sales performance and life. So whatever your opinions are it worked for me. He's not for everyone but if you want to make exreme changes for the better, he is your man.
This doesn't alter the reality that his reported $700k earnings come from questionable sources. He was also the GM at the dealership where employees were involved in financial discrepancies, including him.
I can't lie I been grinding hard and I just feel like I'm treading water it's frustrating as he'll. Depression is hard to fight and it's always creeping in on me. haven't sold alot of work this year . And I feel like it's getting away from me sometimes. I would like to find myself around some good people.

He has been harassing me for 2 years after being told multiple times to cease all forms of contact. I have kept records and intend to sue if it continues.
I mean his whole sales pitch when he sold cars was to falsify info. He has no ethics. His wife likes to see her kids for 20 minutes at a time but she’s a beast of a mom in that 20 minutes
if its a home with interior damage and their truly broke if the interior is mainly stained roof, we will suggest they do that themselves of get there son to do that. Insurance doesn't frown and they can do it themselves. only paint.

I could tell in his eyes he is authentic to what he believes and his brand. I’m a longtime follower of your content. I bought tickets to Roofcon for my entire team but now I will also buy tickets for the Roofing Process Conference because I wish to see Andy in person. I appreciate you always bringing great content to the Roofing community!
Intentional and real are not necessarily the same. His team knows they are on stage and performs for their 'leader'. High levels of Narcissism are driving this. Doesn't make it bad but...how are people actually treated. Con men can also have good practices. Its called control and is critical for their success. The amount of discipline that is required to maintain such a facade is immense. Mixed bag here.
I will never understand the Andy Elliot hate. I’ve been watching him since 2021 and he’s just gotten better and better lol I’d assume majority of people who speak negatively on his name aren’t in sales and can’t relate to him in any way
People hate Andy because of his involvement in the big red auto dealership scandal. Dude made his outrageous sums of money over a decade by committing identity and wire fraud at his dealerships he managed. Only reason he didn’t go to prison is because he testified against the defendants in the case. This is all court documented. It would be like Michael Jordan selling people training programs on how to become the worlds best athlete while he was taking steroids his whole career.
I like what Dmitry does a lot, but he struggles with active listening and letting the person he’s interviewing shine! This is not my opinion, but it is an objective analysis. Sorry to seem like a “hater” Dmitry, but what else are RU-vid comments for?! You’re still the man, but listen more and not try to steer the interview so much.
This guy too jacked up alot of people don't want the Tasmanian devil running around. That's why in the south, we teach tie laidback method. we keep them at ease and do the details and listen to them, I got the feeling this guy just dominates and talk.
Same here man. I'm 39 years old. I've been doing construction my entire life. I opened an LLC about three years ago but I've mostly been subcontracting. After watching his videos for the last couple months, I'm absolutely going to change things up and start building my own company doing my own work. Why not, when you go to buy something major. Do your research first, go in shake the man’s hand tell him you are going to buy xxx . look him in the eye and tell him it’s up to him if you buy from him or someone else.
Few things, a 6 pack doesn't determine being healthy, so if he was pushing the whole 6 pack thing and then backtracking and saying because he cares about health, well those are 2 different things. And the second thing he mentioned, "if you were to get 10 million dollars and not wake up tomorrow would you take it?" He said people said no because they care about their health.... I highly disagree with that. There is 2 points to it number 1, why would you want to gain the all this wealth and not be able to use it because you die. And 2, maybe there are selfless people that would say OK I would take the deal, and in their deed leave everything for their family. There is more outside the box than his personal opinions
In my opinion you're taking it all too literally. The "6 pack" is a mindset of not settling for the status quo and always pushing for the best for yourself. It's philosophy stuff. Yes Money is needed to live this life, but if you don't love yourself and your place in this life, and appreciate life for what it is, then you'd get no use from the money anyway, because it won't make you happy.
