Every intelligent person on twitter called it fake even before people even started analyzing the certificate. Even if he managed to perfectly copy the official certificate by being meticulous a lot of smart people wouldn't have still fallen for it because there are so many nonsensical things with the record. Anyone with half a brain knew it was fake without needing any confirmation from GWR's email. We need to increase the collective IQ of our nation. We have to introduce logical reasoning and critical thinking into our curriculum.
The irony of this story is that Chef Smith did not submit the evidence for his record to be review. So if he is not a fraud why will he be happy when he receives an email from GWR.
