How right wing the media is?? I wish gg became PM, be funny to see what his supporters do to finish off the UK. Many can just sit and say stuff, its easy, try it yourself. Lets have a go; ".... What this government has done to the countries poor and working man. We should be carbon neutral now if it wasn't. spending on vanity projects.....lining their pockets for years.... think they care about.... its benn10 years since.... and this hasn't changed..... the electorate expect more from ...." It just goes on.. You can make a good living out of critsizing, and GG does just this. He joins and creates groups, calls them victims of another group, and there you have it.. A good living by making your mouth go constantly. That is all he does, and the his supporters are NOT friendly with your group/ideology either.

Good use of the now useless but usual buzzwords. Always gets 'likes'. IN GG case, anyone white and posh is wrong, and anyone who is poorer and not white speaks truth and facts, or your version of it. GG is division and walks a fine line with islamism.

My family were from south wales, grandfather was a steelworker. My Dad hated Thatcher but as he grew older begrudgingly understood her need to do a lot of what she had to do. The unions were insanely militant, inflation was out of control, Britain was falling apart, there was a 3 day week, electricity was being rationed and a lot of the union leaders were self declared militant communists. It was impossible to deal with them. Furthermore Britan was going through a period of de industrialisation caused by our having to adjust to losing the empire that had been the entire economic framework supporting our economy. We also were up against globalisation and increased competition from Japan and the rest of the world. We weren’t facing that and in a way Thatcher got us to look at it head on. The other thing that she did is break up the old boys network in business, yes it may have ushered in more free market capitalism but everyone could partake, that wasn’t always the case. Very hard for people to imagine how bad 1970’s UK actually was and how restrictive it was for people, women etc.

The data doesn't like, she improve the standard of living and even the Labour part admitted that multiple times in Parliament.
