You can let her cry (stopping someone crying is no good) if there pain especially during a time of bereavement however, you should be by her side as she cries giving her hugs, tissues, and all the support you can and try to make her laugh.

I watched this with a very heavy heart. I share the same name and the same story with this survivor, this fighter. My daughter is now 4 years old, and it is fair to say; I still struggle, but learning to live again after walking away from a man who does not value you and ruins you is the bravest thing any woman can ever do. To all the single sisters and children growing without a father figure; YOUR'E BRAVE AND YOU CAN DO IT! have faith.
Kindly don't speak on behalf of the child whome you can't relate with. It's very stressful n tiring to survive without a father figure. That's not such a piece of cake. But definitely it's not your fault. It's his fault who has done this to you n your child. I hope he admits his mistake as time slaps him alternatively on both sides of his face every now n then. I wish he gets degraded n cursed in the family. I hope he stops n thinks
This is so true .anyone who has come back from depression is very strong becoz once the darkness envelopes you ,it gets very difficult to break the shell and come out of it.very strong and brave lady!!
Loved this story. It resonates alot with my own life. My ex left me too after his mother ordered him to(out of jealousy) and I had to fend for myself and my child. Some mother in laws are so heartless, they don't think it could ever happen to their own daughters. They raise monsters because they never tell their sons they are wrong when they are. Allah is watching and they will repay for their bad deeds in this world.

In a Muslim country , we should spread awareness about Marital rape. Almost every islamic scholar and majority of our population do not believe in a sexual abuse done by a partner . Our society justify it through rusted ,old , illogical slogan of "Shohar ka Haq" . No , a woman does not owe her body to her husband or anyone But Allah ,only Allah and Allah never wants to see His creatures in pain . Men in our patriarchal society believe themselves to be owner of their wives's bodies which is basically 'shirk' . More and more people need to talk about it and victims must come out about such disgusted crime .Countless people need to realize that Nikah is not a license to rape a woman you are supposed to protect and care for. We can not change the whole society, it is true but we can ignite a spark of change that someday can possibly result in a positive mindset of our people towards this controversial issue.

Factually, it is a rape but within marriage. Its technically a form of domestic violence of sexual type.

There is a girl I know. She married a man who was schizophrenic and they did not know that. The family of schizophrenic thought that this disease has no treatment so getting him married might solve that. This is how they distroyed the life of that young, beautiful, educated girl. For those who don't know:schizophrenia is a situation where a person lives in another character, another fictional world. His that character was violent. He used to beat her and also one time beat his father in law. This all happened within 4 months of marriage and now she is divorced. What did that male family get by hiding this secret. They depressed her just like this girl was. I hope Allah gave courage to all girls like this. Shout out to you woman.
Please get yourself more educated about schizophrenia. Most of schizophrenics are not violent.Normal people like you and me can draw a line between reality and our thoughts but schizophrenics can not differentiate between reality and what's in their brain. Hope this explains to you 🙂

Beating your wife or your own "father" like in this case has nothing to do with schizophrenia, rather it shows that he had poor anger management issues. I am not denying that the man did not have schziophrenia , but just stating the fact that his violent nature was due to him being ill-tempered. I wouldn't have commented on this comment, but when I read you describing schziophrenia it irked me. It further strengthens the stereotype that "pagal" person is violent.There is zero education about mental illness and most of the people label any mental illnesses as "pagal pan" and those who suffer from it are labeled as violent individuals who should be bound to chains in isolation. In reality schziophrenia ,psychosis, BPD etc.are treatable diseases. Individuals are not violent rather most of the times they are themselves subjected to abuse which further deteroites their condition. Hope it explains everything.

Exactly the same story of mine in young age 21 i got married n suffered alot but the child part is missing in mine... but i suffered ive tolerated the marriage for 3 yrs n finally gave up with no father but my mom n broz n sisters support m finally back to normal life came out of depression but the torture from the opposite side wasn’t normal i thank ALLAH subhana wa tala for what ever am today!! Wen ever I remember those days I literally get goosebumps!!

I was just thinking that kanwal hasn't uploaded a video in a while ,and then I checked my phone and was so happy to see the new video anyways so heart touching and emotional we should all pray for such people who have to go through such hardships she handled it very well
these episodes are great but they feel like they're unfinished and very short, there should've been more like: how she raised her child, what happened to her job, how old is her daughter what is she doing at the moment etc, other than that these are really good and motivational for people who might be struggling with a similar situation :)

I can't tell you how much I have cried after watching this episode, in fact I am still crying. I have been in the same boat. My husband left me with my parents when I was 5 months pregnant and never returned. I have a baby girl now 11 months old, he didn't even showed any desire to see her, let alone see her. Keeping aside, what he did to me, I fail to understand that is he even human that he so easily disowned his own child? Mind you, that my husband and his family are from reasonably educated and respected background.

Blindly if you get your daughter married to someone she doesn't know can lead to many problems. There should be a gap between engagement period and marriage. Let them talk and know each other.
Not tryem its all about the inner goodness of both people. If they're nice souls they'll ultimately love each other and they'll become inseparable. But if they aren't good though apparently they thought they loved each other n had higher expectations will definitely end up getting upset n frustrated or even departing from each other.

Parents should bring up their daughters to be confident. So they can make up their own decision. Like she came the next morning and she had decided herself that she is not going back but she changed her mind. Sometimes it is like jis rooh nay is duniya main anna hai to koi na koi sabab banta hai, to yeah bhi us nanhi jaan k anay ka sabab ho ga. I'm really glad keh her parents and kin supported her.
