Convert 3 phase motor to single phase । Engineers CommonRoom । Electrical Circuit Diagram 

Will this work ? I have a 3 phase lathe at min trying to utilise single phase power i have a vfd but unstable motor is 7.5 hp out single phase is 230v

I have a 3 phase generator but one phase Doesn't give me the power i need . Can you suggest a transformer or similar to use all phases and give me 220v single phase ?
