Epson L18050 (A3+) and Epson L8050 (A4), are two new printer models from Epson, replacing older Epson printer models.
Both the Epson L18050 and Epson L8050 printer models use the XP600 print head. There are 180 nozzles per color channel. Therefore, it gives fast printing speed (Printing speed up to 15ppm), double that of old printers like L1800 or L800. At the same time, it also provides excellent image quality.
Regarding the design of Epson L18050 and Epson L8050, they have a more compact and simpler design than previous printer models. Therefore, there will be fewer errors like on older printer models.
Currently we have successfully converted two models Epson L18050 and Epson L8050 into roll to roll printer and flatbed printer (DTG printer and UV Printer). The converted printer will operate just like the original version without causing any errors during the printing process.
Converted roll to roll printers will work fine without using any software. So you can convert a roll-to-roll printer for DTF printing (using Rip software to print white ink), or you can print labels and heat transfer printing with roll paper. That's great, it saves you a lot of paper costs.
With converted roll-to-roll printers, there will be no reduction in motor speed. The printer works just like when you print with the original printer. With some roll printing software it will reduce the speed of the motor, and not work perfectly.
